How to dose CBD oil

It seems obvious to say this, but the dosage of CBD depends on each person, the method used to take it, and most importantly, the goal we want to achieve.

Everyone reacts differently, so the dose can vary greatly.

It often happens to find two people of the same sex, with almost identical weight and height, who respond very differently to the same dose of CBD.

In general, CBD oil is recommended to start with, so you can modulate your doses by adding more or fewer drops based on your body’s reaction. Each individual may respond differently to taking different amounts of CBD depending on several parameters such as:

  • Body weight
  • Age
  • Reason for taking CBD
  • Coexistence of multiple health problems
  • Concurrent intake of medications

Some people use CBD as a dietary supplement (using a few drops of cannabidiol oil in food), others apply CBD oil directly under the tongue: in the two cases just described, what varies is the time with which the benefits occur.

The advice, especially if you intend to take CBD several times a day, is to start with one dose and then gradually figure out what is the ideal CBD dosage.

CBD and Metabolism

The metabolism of CBD, being involved in many physiological processes as a modulator of other systems, not only the endocannabinoid one, is very subjective.

Check calmly and gradually the effects on ourselves is the first thing to do.

If we decide to use CBD oil, the advice is to start with a few drops and then seek the necessary dose for your individual needs, increasing or decreasing the dosage.

It is very important the constancy and continuity in the intake of cannabidiol and – ideally – it is recommended to write down in a small notebook your daily performance, so as to record any change/improvement.

Obviously, if it is used for specific pathologies, it is important and recommended to consult a doctor, in order to eventually agree on a therapy in which CBD is of support.

CBD oil, how to have the dosage under control

Enecta presents various types of concentrated oil on the market. Each package contains exactly the amount of active ingredient indicated on the label and is produced by adopting strict standards. Enecta CBD oils are available in three grades – at 3%, 10% and 24% – and constitute a perfect range to meet and satisfy everyone’s needs, ensuring the highest quality.

Premium Hemp Extract 3% was born from the desire to promote a first approach to CBD, it is dedicated to all those who use concentrated CBD with a purpose that is not purely therapeutic.

Premium Hemp Extract 10% is used by users who want to improve their well-being in a general way and take full advantage of the nutritional values of Hemp Oil and the properties of concentrated CBD.

Premium Hemp Extract 24% exactly meets the needs of our customers, many people use concentrated CBD at high dosages several times during the day to control and counteract important psychophysical states.

In general, from our experience and feedback from consumers, it is preferable to start with a low amount of CBD for about a week to 10 days (e.g. the indicative amount on the package) and then gradually increase the amount depending on the perceived effects.

Our 10% concentrated oil, as an intermediate, is the one that allows to modulate the dosages better in order to be used both in case of low and high dosages, within an individual path towards the perfect dosage.
